Do you know Saga Japanese Beef??

Driving from Kumamoto to Saga.
It took 2.5 hours bu car when I arrive to Saga Takeo City So I would like to eat Saga Gyu Teppan Yaki. Because I ate the teppan – yaki of Saga beef who was impressed by lunch before.
There are many delicious Japanese beef cattle in Japan such as Matsuzaka beef and Kobe beef, but my favorite is Saga beef.

Marbled Beef Sashi

Do you know Marbled Beef??It’s call in Japanese Sashi. Balance between redness and fat is obtained with marbling. Saga beef is soft with a lot of redness and refreshing, and you can enjoy the original taste of meat.It is my favorite!!!

In the Front

Since teppanyaki is cooked in front of me, it is good to talk directly with chef. Satisfied today’s lunch. Gochisosamadeshita!
