Formal Dinner

Hideout Restaurant

Last Thursday was a public holiday, so we celebrated the birthday of my husband, last week.
There is only one group of dinners a day in the hideaway restaurant.
Appetizer, salad, bread, soup, seafood, steak, dessert for 4000 yen per person.

Seasonal Taste

The appetizer has a seasonal taste.
It is a bamboo shoot that can be taken at the present time.
The bamboo shoots that can be taken at this time are very soft and I do not care about the fibers.

Make it by own field

The vegetables and homemade dressing that I got in my own garden are very delicious.

My son ordered

We ordered a full course and my son ordered Salisbury steak like a meat patty . It was a juicy hamburger with a lot of gravy.
