Hibachi Grill

Yesterday, I went to a famous Charcoal Robatayaki Grill located at the prefectural border of Kumamoto and Fukuoka for lunch.
It is a restaurant that provide fresh chicken that they prepared in this morning,
When we arrived before 11 o’clock in the morning there was already waiting over 15 groups. There were plenty of cars in the parking lot other than the Kumamoto number parked.

Almost sold out

Wait an hour and half finally inside the restaurant,
Most of the menus have already been sold.
We ordered chicken thigh, chicken breast strip, Chicken tail,sausages, miso soup, rice, and raw eggs.

Yummy Very Fresh

It is crunchy and delicious,There is no smelling.
Besides, because it burns in the net it drops oil out so it is not too much oily. It is the most fresh of the chicken that I ate! !
In Japan there is a custom to eat raw fresh eggs. I do not have much dislikes food, but I can not eat raw eggs.
My son ate 2 eggs of raw eggs with rice. It was said that the egg was really fresh and tasty. As for rice, the Shichijo district of Kumamoto was rice which took A rank at the rice commodity meeting, so the taste was good, sticky, it was smells good.

Fresh Water

Tap water supplied without charge was also crystal clear and it was really tasty. Rice and vegetables raised in the beautiful part of the mountainous water were really tasty, I felt that water is really important.
